Ahmed Daud Aquil is an accomplished higher-education leader with 25+ years of experience in building career services, corporate partnerships, placement ecosystems, and alumni networks.
As Director – Career Services, Corporate & Alumni Relations, IMSR , he leads Group-wide initiatives in career readiness, placement strategy, recruiter engagement, industry–academia collaboration, employability development, and alumni relations, aligning student capabilities with evolving industry expectations and global employment trends.
Throughout his career, Mr. Aquil has held strategic leadership roles at renowned institutions, including SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Institute of Management Technology (IMT) Hyderabad, ICFAI Business School (IBS), and DIT University. He has contributed to expanding recruiter networks, strengthening placement outcomes, developing effective career-services frameworks, and positioning institutions as preferred talent partners for leading national and multinational organisations.
He is also a Life Member of the National Human Resource Development Network (NHRDN).
