S.H.A.R.E. @ MKES IMSR
(Socially-aware Humanitarian Action for a Responsible Enterprise)
At MKES IMSR, we offer our participants to a unique immersive experience S.H.A.R.E. that accelerates their leadership development. Each experience focusing on a different operating context and objective. Under S.H.A.R.E. students will work on solving issues faced by the NGOs/Social Enterprises with the help of Management principles/tools/techniques. It will complement the academic learning of ESG by equipping students with structured problem-solving techniques, while training them in designing and implementing sustainable social solutions.
These immersive experiences expose participants to reflect, understand and act in unfamiliar situations. Such constructive dissonance forges confident and wise leaders who can drive innovations that benefit both business and society.
MKES IMSR offers AICTE approved, two-year full-time PGDM programme equivalent to an MBA.

Capstone Project
Capstone Project is a compulsory component in curriculum of all PGDM programs at MKES IMSR. It’s a project where students will apply the knowledge and skills they have acquired during their studies to a practical problem in the field of business. The capstone project is a unique opportunity of conducting original research or developing a business plan or strategy for a real-world company or organization. The project demonstrates the student's ability to think critically, analyse and synthesize information, and communicate effectively in a business context. These skills are both highly valued by employers and will ultimately serve students well into their careers.
Industrial Visit
An industrial visit is a valuable opportunity for students to gain first-hand experience of the operations and processes of a company or an organization. The visit can provide students with insights into industry practices, technology and equipment used, and the application of business concepts and theories in a real-world setting. Industrial visit also involves discussions with the company's management or employees. Students may also have the opportunity to ask questions and interact with professionals in the field. It will also help students develop their networking skills and build relationships with industry professionals.
