Having served as the Placement Officer at the Aditya Institute of Management Studies and Research & Aditya School of Business Management for four years, Karan has demonstrated his expertise in various facets of career counselling, relationship building, event coordination, strategic networking, corporate connect, summits and seminars.

His proactive engagement with students ensured that they were well-equipped to navigate the complexities of the job market, identify career opportunities, and align their skills with industry requirements. He has diligently worked to establish and maintain strategic relationships with HR Managers and Executives from a diverse range of companies.
